At Tundra Dip, we want you to love your manicure; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened products within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used dipping powders and liquids cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the lids are tightly secured to prevent any powder leakage during transit.
Ship to Tundra
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned products, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
